Enforcement Action: Challenge
If the winning party, losing party, or any interested party believes that an enforcement action of the enforcement officers violates the Civil Procedure Law or other applicable laws or regulations, a written challenge may be filed with the enforcement court.
Within fifteen (15) days upon receipt of a written challenge, the enforcement court will review the challenge and make an order to vacate or rectify the enforcement action if it reasonably believes that the challenge is tenable or dismiss the challenge if it reasonably believes that the challenge is untenable.
If the challenger objects to the order, a petition may be filed with the court of the next higher level for reconsideration of the order within ten (10) days upon receipt of the order.
