Enforcement of partial property and retention. Where a party against whom enforcement is sought fails to perform his obligations specified in a legal document according to a notice of enforcement, the people's court may seal up, seize, freeze, or sell by auction or on consignment his property sufficient for performing his obligations. Provided, however, that the necessities of life shall be retained for the party and his dependent family members.
Where a people's court decides to take the measures specified in the preceding paragraph, it shall make an order therefor.
