Enforcement Measures 5
Presence. Where a people's court seals up or seizes the property of a party against whom enforcement is sought, it shall notify the party or an adult member of his family to be present if the party is an individual, or the legal representative or principal of the party to be present if the party is a legal entity or other organization. Their refusal to be present shall not prevent the enforcement action from proceeding.
Where a party against whom enforcement is sought is an individual, his employer or the local competent organization in the place where his property is located shall designate a person to be present.
