List of sealed or seized property. The enforcement officer shall make a list of the sealed or seized property, which shall be signed or sealed by the persons present, and a copy thereof shall be delivered to the party against whom enforcement is sought. Where the party against whom enforcement is sought is an individual, a copy may also be delivered to an adult member of his family.
