Enforcement Measures 9
Concealment and search. Where a party against whom enforcement is sought fails to fulfill his obligations specified in a legal document and conceals his property, the people's court may issue a search warrant authorizing a search of the party and his domicile or the place where his property is concealed.
Where a people's court decides to take the measures specified in the preceding paragraph, the president of the people's court shall sign and issue a search warrant.
