Delivery of property or instrument. Where any property or instrument is required to be delivered under a legal document, the enforcement officer shall summon both parties for delivery in person or deliver it to the receiving party, as evidenced by a receipt signed by the receiving party.
Where the property or instrument to be delivered is held by an entity, the entity shall deliver it according to the notice of enforcement assistance from the people's court, as evidenced by a receipt signed by the receiving party.
Where the property or instrument to be delivered is held by an individual, the people's court shall notify him to surrender. Where the individual refuses to surrender, compulsory measures shall be taken.
