Enforcement Measures 14
Payment and penalty for delay. Where a party against whom enforcement is sought fails to perform his obligation to make payment within the time period specified in a decree, an order, or other legal document, the interest on the debt for the period of delay in performance shall be doubled. Where a party against whom enforcement is sought fails to perform other obligations within the time period specified in a decree, an order, or other legal document, a penalty for delay in performance shall be paid.
