Outbound travel restrictions, etc. Where a party against whom enforcement is sought fails to perform his obligations specified in a legal document, the people's court may take or notify the competent authorities to assist in taking such measures as outbound travel restrictions, recording in the credit information systems or publishing through media the information on his failure to perform his obligations, and other measures prescribed by law.
