Chapter V Civil Rights
Article 109 The personal freedom and personal dignity of natural persons shall be protected by law.
Article 110 A natural person shall be entitled to the rights to life, bodily integrity, health, name, likeness, reputation, honor, privacy, and free-will marriage.
A legal entity or an unincorporated entity shall be entitled to the rights to name, reputation, and honor.
Article 111 The personal information of natural persons shall be protected by law. Any entity or individual seeking to obtain any other's personal information shall obtain such information according to law and ensure its security and shall not collect, use, process, transmit, buy, sell, provide, or disclose any other's personal information by illegal means.
Article 112 The personal rights of natural persons arising from or relating to their marriages and family relations shall be protected by law.
Article 113 The property rights of persons shall be equally protected by law.
Article 114 A person shall be entitled to property rights according to law.
Property rights mean the exclusive rights of the obligee to directly control a specific property according to law, including ownerships, usufructs, and security interests.
Article 115 Properties include real and personal properties. Rights may be the subjects of property rights as specified by law.
