Article 116 The types and contents of property rights shall be governed by law.
 
Article 117 No real or personal property shall be expropriated or requisitioned for public purposes unless the authority and procedure specified by law are complied with and just and reasonable compensation is paid.
 
Article 118 A person shall be entitled to claims according to law.
 
Claim means the right of an obligee to request a specific obligor to act or refrain from acting, whether in contract, tort, agency by necessity, unjust enrichment, or otherwise in the law.
 
Article 119 A contract concluded according to law shall be legally binding on the parties thereto.
 
Article 120 A victim whose civil rights or interests are damaged may claim tort liability against the tortfeasor.
