Article 121 An agent by necessity who acts on behalf of a beneficiary to avoid losses but is not obligated to do so by law or agreement shall be entitled to claim payment of its necessary expenses incurred from the beneficiary.

Article 122 In case of unjust enrichment without legal basis, the person who has suffered losses therefrom may claim restitution of such unjust enrichment from the unjustly enriched person.

Article 123 A person shall be entitled to intellectual property rights according to law.
Intellectual property rights mean the exclusive rights of the obligee in any of the following according to law:
(1) works;
(2) inventions, utility models, or industrial designs;
(3) trademarks;
(4) geographical indications;
(5) trade secrets;
(6) integrated circuit layout designs;
(7) new plant varieties; or
(8) any other subjects specified by law.
