Civil Code: Civil Juristic Acts

Article 133 Civil juristic act means any act of a person establishing, altering, or terminating a civil legal relationship through a manifestation of intention.
 
Article 134 A civil juristic act may become valid through the unanimous manifestations of the mutual assent of two or more parties or through unilateral manifestation of intention.
 
No resolution passed by a legal entity or an unincorporated entity shall be valid unless made in accordance with the discussion and voting procedures specified by law or its articles of association.
 
Article 135 Civil juristic acts may be performed in writing, orally, or otherwise, or shall be performed in a specific form required by laws or administrative regulations or agreed upon by the parties.
