Civil Code: Civil Rights - 6

Article 129 Civil rights may be obtained by civil juristic acts, factual acts, events specified by law, or otherwise as specified by law.
 
Article 130 Every person shall be entitled to exercise the civil rights of their free will without interference subject to the provisions of law.
 
Article 131 A person exercising their rights shall perform their obligations as specified by law or agreed by the parties.
 
Article 132 No person may abuse their civil rights in a manner that may cause damage to or loss of national, social, or public interests or the legitimate rights or interests of any other person.
