Chapter VI Civil Juristic Acts

 

Section 1 General Rules
 
Article 133 Civil juristic act means any act of a person establishing, altering, or terminating a civil legal relationship through a manifestation of intention.
 
Article 134 A civil juristic act may become valid through the unanimous manifestations of the mutual assent of two or more parties or through unilateral manifestation of intention.
 
No resolution passed by a legal entity or an unincorporated entity shall be valid unless made in accordance with the discussion and voting procedures specified by law or its articles of association.
 
Article 135 Civil juristic acts may be performed in writing, orally, or otherwise, or shall be performed in a specific form required by laws or administrative regulations or agreed upon by the parties.
 
Article 136 A civil juristic act shall become valid upon its performance unless otherwise specified by law or agreed by the parties.
 
No civil juristic act shall be altered or revoked unless otherwise specified by law or agreed by the other party.
