Article 146 A civil juristic act performed by false manifestation of intention against a counterparty shall be invalid.
 
The validity of a civil juristic act concealed by false manifestation of intention shall be determined in accordance with the applicable provisions of laws.
 
Article 147 In case of a civil juristic act of a person performed as a result of a fundamental mistake, the person may file a petition with the people's court or an arbitration institution to revoke the act.
