Civil Code: Validity of Civil Juristic Acts - 3

Article 148 In case of a civil juristic act performed by either party against its true intention as a result of fraudulent inducement by the other party, the defrauded party may file a petition with the people's court or an arbitration institution to revoke the act.
 
Article 149 Where either party commits a civil juristic act contrary to its true intention due to fraudulence of a third party, and the other party knows or has reason to know of the fraudulence, the defrauded party may file a petition with the people's court or an arbitration institution to revoke the act.
