Article 150 Where either party commits a civil juristic act contrary to its true intention under duress by the other party or a third party, the coerced party may file a petition with the people's court or an arbitration institution to revoke the act.
 
Article 151 Where either party commits a civil juristic act under inducement by the other party by taking advantage of its precarious state or poor judgment so that the act is unconscionable when it becomes valid, the damaged party may file a petition with the people's court or an arbitration institution to revoke the act.
