Civil Code: Validity of Civil Juristic Acts - 6

Article 152 A party's right to revoke a civil act shall be extinguished if:
 
(1) the party fails to exercise the right within one year, or within 90 days in case of a civil juristic act as a result of a fundamental mistake, of the date on which such person knew or had reason to know the cause for revocation;
 
(2) the party fails to exercise the right within one year of the date of the termination of the duress, in case of a civil juristic act performed under duress; or
 
(3) the party expressly waives the right or indicates its waiver by his actions upon becoming aware of the cause for revocation.
 
Where a party fails to exercise the right of revocation within 5 years from the date of the occurrence of the civil juristic act, the right of revocation shall be extinguished.
