Article 153 A civil juristic act in violation of any mandatory provisions of laws or administrative regulations shall be invalid unless the mandatory provisions do not invalidate the civil juristic act.
 
A civil juristic act against public policies or ethical standards shall be invalid.
 
Article 154 A civil juristic act shall be invalid if it is performed in malicious collusion with the counterparty and damages the legitimate rights or interests of any third party.
 
Article 155 A civil juristic act that is invalid or revoked shall not be legally binding ab initio.
