Civil Code: Validity of Civil Juristic Acts - 8

Article 156 Where partial invalidity of a civil juristic act does not affect the validity of the remaining part of the act, the remaining part shall remain valid.
 
Article 157 Where a civil juristic act of a person is invalid, revoked or deemed unenforceable, the person shall be held liable for restitution of the property, if any, obtained due to the act or shall pay a reasonable price for the property if restitution is infeasible or unnecessary. The party at fault shall compensate the other party for the damage or loss arising therefrom, or the parties shall compensate each other to the extent of their respective faults if they were both at fault, unless otherwise specified by law.
