Section 4 Civil Juristic Acts Subject to Conditions or Time Limitation
 
Article 158 A civil juristic act may be subject to conditions unless it shall be unconditional based on its nature. A civil juristic act subject to conditions for its validity shall become valid upon the satisfaction of such conditions. A civil juristic act subject to conditions for its revocation shall become invalid upon the satisfaction of such conditions.
 
Article 159 The conditions attached to a civil juristic act shall be deemed satisfied if a party improperly prevents their satisfaction for its own interests and shall be deemed unsatisfied if a party improperly facilitates their satisfaction for its own interests.
 
Article 160 A civil juristic act may be subject to time limitation unless it shall be unlimited in time based on its nature. A civil juristic act subject to the time limitation for its validity shall become valid since the beginning of the time. A civil juristic act subject to the time limitation for its termination shall become invalid upon the expiration of the time.
