Section 2 Authorized Representation
Article 165 Where authorized representation is granted in writing, the document of authorization shall specify the name of the representative, the business entrusted, the scope of authority granted, and the period of representation and shall bear the signature or seal of the principal.
Article 166 Where multiple representatives are appointed for the same business, they shall jointly exercise the authority of representation unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
