China’s Taxation Administration: Tax Declaration
Taxpayers must submit tax returns, financial and accounting statements, and other necessary tax information to the competent tax authorities to complete tax declaration within the prescribed declaration period. If it is infeasible to complete tax declaration within the prescribe declaration period under special circumstances, the taxpayer must submit a written application for extension, and the declaration may be extended with the approval of the tax authority.
