After Preservation of Property
After a preservation action is taken by the court, the court shall notify the owner or possessor of the property, and the petitioner shall file a lawsuit or a request for arbitration in respect of the property preserved within thirty days.
If the petitioner fails to file a lawsuit or a request for arbitration within the above period, the preservation measures will be cancelled and the property will be released, and the petitioner may be liable for compensation if the owner of the property preserved suffers any loss or damage due to the preservation action.
If the owner or possessor of the property preserved provides a security or pays a deposit to the satisfaction of the court, the court will cancel the order for preservation and release the property.
