Scope and Measures of Preservation of Property
If the court receiving a petition for preservation of property decides to grant the petition, it shall make an order to preserve the property as requested and execute or request any other court to executed the order where necessary, appropriate, and expedient.
Provided, however, that the order for preservation should be restricted to the scope of the petition or the property or part of the property as a subject matter of the case.
After an order for preservation is made, the court should take a preservation action by sealing up, seizing, freezing, or other means in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Civil Procedure Law.
