Article 12: Each local financial regulatory authority shall effectively improve the data review by using information technology to review the integrity, logicality, abnormal changes, etc.
Article 13: Where necessary in continuous regulation, each local financial regulatory authority shall confirm and verify the data quality management and the accuracy of indicators of the financial leasing companies within its jurisdiction, by inquiry, interview, requirement for submission of additional information, special evaluation, on-site visit, on-site inspection, etc.
Article 14: Each local financial regulatory authority shall collect, classify and sort out the information and documents in accordance with the applicable provisions of archives management to ensure that the information and documents are complete and filed in a timely manner.
