Preparation of Record of Hearing
In accordance with the Arbitration Law, an arbitral tribunal shall make arrangements for preparing a transcript of written record of the hearing. In the case of international arbitration, the tribunal may appoint a clerk to preparer a transcript of summary transcript of the hearing. Such transcript, summary transcript, or written record should be signed by the arbitrators or sole arbitrator, the claimant, the defendant, any witnesses, experts, appraisers etc., and should carry the seal of the arbitration institute.
