Resolution of Economic Disputes: Administrative Reconsideration
 (II) Jurisdiction and admissibility of economic disputes
In the PRC, economic cases fall within the jurisdiction of the Supreme People's Court, local people's courts at all levels, railway transportation courts, and maritime courts. Article 3 of the Civil Procedure Law states, "This Law shall apply to civil lawsuits brought by brought by individuals, legal entities, other organizations arising from or relating to their property or personal relationships.”
Economic dispute include: ① Economic contract disputes, such as purchase and sales contracts, processing contracts, etc.; ② Management responsibility system contract disputes, such as rural tenancy, enterprise contracting, enterprise leasing, etc.; ③ Transport disputes, such as railway transport disputes, air transport disputes, road transport disputes, water transport disputes, etc.; ④ Economic damage compensation disputes, such as food hygiene disputes, environmental disputes, etc.; ⑤ Enterprise bankruptcy cases. ⑥ Disputes over bills, such as stocks, bills of exchange, promissory notes, checks, etc.; and ⑦ Economic disputes arising from partnership operations.
