Jurisdiction of Arbitration Cases for Judicial Review
If a disputing party files a petition for confirming the validity of an arbitration agreement, the case falls under the jurisdiction of the intermediate court or the specialized court of the place where the arbitration commission/institution is seated, the arbitration agreement is concluded, or the domicile of the claimant or respondent is located.
If a petition is filed for confirming the validity of an arbitration agreement that relates to maritime issues, the case falls under the jurisdiction of the maritime court of the place where the arbitration commission/institution is seated, the arbitration agreement is concluded, the domicile of the claimant or respondent is located, or the nearest maritime court if there is no maritime court in any of the above places.
